内容简介:

Vehicles play essential roles in transport scheduling within seaport areas, which contribute a vital part to the overall energy consumption and carbon emissions. To guarantee the “green and sustainable future” for seaports, electrification is an irreversible trend bringing electric vehicles (EVs) within seaport areas. The corresponding charging requirements tightly couple the conventional vehicle scheduling with the energy management of seaport areas and make the seaport area a complex energy-transport nexus. This talk will present the energy-transport scheduling strategy for green vehicles in seaport areas. First, based on the operational characteristic of seaport areas as a single stakeholder and closed environment, the seaport energy-transport scheduling strategy within seaport microgrid and transport system will be briefly presented. Then, a two-stage energy-transport scheduling strategy is proposed to meet the transferring jobs while minimizing the charging cost consisting of vehicle-job matching, vehicle dispatch and energy management. With this strategy, the operational efficiency and economic performance of the seaport energy-transport system are improved.
